Lalyn Segovia is Weemston Consulting's Executive Assistant & Operations Manager, serving as Jessica's right hand and owning the day-to-day systems that keep the practice running.

Lalyn brings over 5 years of experience supporting founders and executives across a range of industries in the US and Australia. Her experience has shaped how she works, and given her a natural instinct for building structure out of ambiguity. Her approach is steady and people-first, grounded in the belief that good systems exist to support good relationships, not the other way around. At Weemston, she wears many hats. She handles administrative support, client engagement, financial administration, system creation, and social media. She oversees everything across the practice, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

That same proactive, systems-first approach carries into everything she touches. She's happiest chasing new adventures and exploring the world alongside her family.
